Frequently Asked

Questions

  • What does the free trial include?

The free trial includes all the features in the Essentials plan, without any limits on seats, environments, or monitored tables - free for 14 days.

  • I can’t find a plan that fits my needs.

We realize different organizations have different needs, and pricing is not a one-size-fits-all. Schedule a call and we will find a solution that fits your needs.

  • Can I get pricing for the Essentials and Enterprise plans without scheduling a call?

We realize different organizations have different needs, and pricing is not a one-size-fits-all. We would like to have an open conversation to make sure your subscription answers your needs. We want to be fair and align price with value.

  • I’m still building/migrating my stack, should I implement Elementary?

This is a very common question. Our customers who implemented Elementary early on while building the data model are very happy about this choice.
We also provide migration discounts, reach out to us for details.

  • What kind of support do you offer?

We have different levels of support SLAs depending on your plan. We provide prioritized support and shared Slack channels for customers in Essentials and Enterprise plans.

  • Does Elementary require access to my data?

No, our cloud product will not require access to your data. The dbt package creates a schema for logs, results, and metadata, and Elementary only requires read access to it. Our product is designed with security and compliance in mind, and Elementary is SOC-2 type II certified. Read more about our security and privacy.

  • What if I decide to cancel my subscription?

You can always stop using Elementary and use our self-hosted community version.

  • I can’t start a free trial. Is there a self-hosted option?
