Alerts

The Elementary Cloud Platform lets users create custom rules to route alerts to relevant teams or channels. For example, alerts related to marketing data can be sent to the marketing data channel, while Salesforce-related alerts go to the Salesforce admin team. Alerts can be filtered by resource type, owner, or tag, and severity. For example, critical errors can go to data consumers, while warnings are sent to a dedicated channel for the data team. This ensures that data consumers are notified only about high-priority issues requiring immediate attention.
